A cofounder and owner of Monarch Law & Title, Gia Songur is also the founding attorney and shareholder of Songur & Associates. Songur and Associates focuses primarily on representing commercial and residential real estate clients. She has represented sellers, buyers and lenders in various real estate cases, protects landlord’s investments and drafts contracts. She has also dedicated her time to helping families through her family law practice. Gia has spent her professional career in the pursuit of gaining knowledge and educating those around her about the law and their rights. In fact, Gia recently accepted a position as a professor at Valencia State College, another personal American Dream achieved.

Currently, she is legal counsel for VS International Properties LLC and VS International Rental Properties, Central Florida Property Management Group LLC, along with other real estate brokerages and property management companies. She continues to handle a vast number of Real Estate related matters as well as residential and commercial (business) Landlord/Tenant issues. She also provides lease agreement drafting services for property managers and owners who rent out investment properties.

Born and raised in Puerto Rico, Gia is fluent in both English and Spanish. She obtained her American Dream of a Bachelor’s Degree in Biology from the University of Puerto Rico. She later continued her education and personal goal to find a way to help other’s by attending Interamerican University of Puerto Rico, School of Law and obtained her Juris Doctor in 2001.

She is admitted to practice in Florida since 2002 and the United States District Court for the Middle District of Florida.
